Rosewood has purchased the Panta Rhei office building in the Eva Lanxmeer district of Culemborg for one of its partners. The building will be transformed into 55 apartments.
The transformation is taking place according to the principles of circular construction. For example, as much of the existing building as possible will be retained and elements will be replaced or added where necessary for the residential function. Even after transformation, the building will be heated by Thermo Bello’s sustainable heating system.
After the transformation, the building will provide space for 55 affordable apartments.
