The location is unique: in the middle of nature, close to an ecological zone and an ecoduct. Therefore, the design was made to preserve as many trees as possible and enhance the landscape. The buildings are carefully positioned so that they blend in nicely with the surroundings.
Much attention has also been paid to the neighbourhood. Smart designs, such as walkways and communal areas, encourage encounters between residents.
