Almere - Randstad

For one of its partners, Rosewood has acquired the 't Hart building in the Papendorp business park. This building of approximately 16,500 m2 is the headquarters of the VVAA, the membership organization and service provider for more than 130,000 healthcare professionals.
In particular, the challenges of the due diligence process for the acquisition as well as the management of asset management were managed by Rosewood.


Oudlaan

The old part of the building was renovated step by step and equipped with energy-efficient innovations that made a leap from energy label G to energy label A. The air treatment system of the building, built in 1972, was also installed during construction and no longer met today's requirements and wishes. In addition to various measures to make the outside of the building more sustainable, the complete air conditioning installation was also replaced. During the first phase of the renovation, a WKO installation was installed after which the air handling units were replaced by 2 split air handling units.


Culemborg

Rosewood has purchased the Panta Rhei office building in the Eva Lanxmeer district of Culemborg for one of its partners. The building will be transformed into 55 apartments.
The transformation is taking place according to the principles of circular construction. For example, as much of the existing building as possible will be retained and elements will be replaced or added where necessary for the residential function. Even after transformation, the building will be heated by Thermo Bello's sustainable heating system.
After the transformation, the building will provide space for 55 affordable apartments.
