The old part of the building was renovated step by step and equipped with energy-efficient innovations that took a leap from energy label G to energy label A. The air treatment system of the building, built in 1972, was also installed during construction and no longer met today’s requirements and wishes. In addition to various measures to make the outside of the building more sustainable, the complete air conditioning installation was also replaced. During the first phase of the renovation, a WKO installation was installed after which the air handling units were replaced by 2 split air handling units.
