Craibosch Senior Living

The former Tergooi hospital is centrally located in the Netherlands, adjacent to a beautiful moorland in Blaricum. This site is an important anchor point in the region.

The plan respects the unique location and responds to the increasing aging population, especially in the Gooi region. Here is the opportunity for a new residential care landscape.

Craibosch will be a place where seniors can live, enjoy facilities for health and wellness, and receive appropriate care. With a medical center, care homes, recovery care, housing for care workers, and detached homes, this will be complemented by facilities such as wellness, physical therapy and fitness.

Onze Huisartsen

A state-of-the-art GP emergency room in Zevenaar. This project is poised to take healthcare in the region to the next level. The new emergency room is equipped with modern facilities and designed with the patient in mind, ensuring efficient and accessible care.

From now on, residents of Zevenaar and surrounding areas can count on high-quality primary care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our General Practitioners is strategically positioned to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, and plays a crucial role in relieving the burden on regional hospitals.

Reisenstaete

Rosewood has acquired part of the Reisenstaete Hospital in Zevenaar through a sale-and-lease-back agreement. During the remaining lease period, the planning of the redevelopment will be made.

For example, it will become a primary care facility with 72 units.


Groningen Live Portfolio

For one of her partners Rosewood acquired an immense portfolio of 726 care units in 6 care complexes as well as 254 senior housing units. The assets are situated at six different locations in the province Groningen.

Rosewood not only provides project management for the necessary revitalization of the homes and care complexes but also, as Investment manager, directs asset and property management.. Due to the demographics, the demand for senior-living and health-care units is already high and still increasing, whereby the supply cannot keep pace.

Zevenaar
Liemerije

A care organization that specifically focuses on elderly people with dementia or physical problems. A project in which we specifically focus on quality care organizations that can join us in raising care in the region to a higher level.

Liemerije's new accommodation, which listens to the name 'Reisenstaete', has four floors. In small groups, people who suffer from Parkinson's disease, dementia or other physical problems will live here. The new location is designed and furnished in such a way that the residents are at the center of everything and the Liemerije staff at one. Which guarantees intensive but also efficient care. And - not entirely unimportantly - offers care professionals and volunteers the opportunity to give the right care and attention to patients.

Bergeijk
Nursing Care Homes

As a result of the increasing ageing population, the demand for care homes will increase sharply in The Netherlands in the coming decades. A sharp increase in demand for care homes is also predicted for Bergeijk. The asset is located in Bergeijk, at the Kennedylaan 8. The medical center “Daalakker” is located in the same street and is reached within walking distance. The center of Bergeijk is reached within 10 minutes walking distance.

Hilvarenbeek
Yes We Can Clinics

Yes We Can Clinics' specialized youth clinic is located in Hilvarenbeek. The grounds and buildings were previously used as a Philips conference center. Thanks to this history, Yes We Can Clinics has excellent facilities.
Yes We Can Clinics is one of the most successful youth clinics in the Netherlands and far beyond. YWCC annually treats about 1,400 youth (165 beds in the clinic and 70 places in the day treatment) aged 13 to 27 with mental health, addiction, and behavioral problems. An additional 20 youths are also treated at the International Clinic on site.
In addition to the acquisition of one of its partners, Rosewood improved the spatial legal situation with a permanent environmental permit and organized an expansion of the clinic.


Den Bosch

Developing a healthcare facility in the area of Eindhovenlaan in Den Bosch. All the sustainability measures have been taken into consideration to meet the expectations of today standards.


Utrecht – ’t Hart

For one of its partners, Rosewood has acquired the 't Hart building in the Papendorp business park. This building of approximately 16,500 m2 is the headquarters of the VVAA, the membership organization and service provider for more than 130,000 healthcare professionals.
In particular, the challenges of the due diligence process for the acquisition as well as the management of assets were managed by Rosewood.
