For one of its partners, Rosewood has acquired the ‘t Hart building in the Papendorp business park. This building of approximately 16,500 m2 is the headquarters of the VVAA, the membership organization and service provider for more than 130,000 healthcare professionals.
In particular, the challenges of the due diligence process for the acquisition as well as the management of asset management were managed by Rosewood.
