The departure of Tergooi MC will free up a great location to finally give substance to the long-cherished desire to develop a residential care landscape for Blaricum and the Gooi & Vecht region. As of July 1, 2023, plan preparation for the site and the buildings located thereon has begun.
Based on the urgent demand, but also the social responsibility, in the intervening period, where possible, temporary accommodation will be provided to socially relevant institutions and companies. The healthcare partners Tergooi MC, RAV (Regional Ambulance Transport) and Vivium Zorggroep will temporarily rent parts of the site for their activities starting July 1.
Vision
Our vision is to create an authentic, harmonizing with its surroundings village while preserving Blaricums unique character. We aim to design every aspect, from architecture to community spaces, to reflect Blaricum’s rich heritage and foster a vibrant, sustainable community.
Location
The current hospital location of Tergooi MC Hospital in Blaricum is in a wonderful location. Within minutes by bike, you can be in the center of Blaricum and also in Laren, where a rich array of facilities and attractive landscapes and parks balance each other out. The east side of the property borders the heathland and is a contiguous area for beautiful walks and bike rides. The site forms an anchor point in the region and thus for its surroundings. A location that must be treated with respect.
The new development exceeds 100,000 square feet and is built in a new neighbourhood.
